After 22 months in premium American Oak, this 100% Syrah displays concentrated aromas of cassis, blackberry, and a hint of pepper. Rich toasted vanilla and plum are balanced on the palate by velvety tannins and a long finish. This wine will pair perfectly with a grilled steak or a smoked cheddar.
