2016 Reserve Petit Verdot
The “Dark Horse” of the Bordeaux varietals, our Petit Verdot was grown in Washington’s famed Columbia Valley and aged in premium French and American Oak for 28 months. Leaving the 2016 Petit Verdot unfiltered and unfined helps preserve the aromas of blackberry, cassis, and rich vanilla toast. Intense field berries dominate the palate with a velvety tannin leading to a long, smooth finish. This Petit Verdot will age beautifully over the next 5 years. You can serve this wine with an aged cheddar cheese, braised venison or any grilled meat.
